The Rosti Hasselback cutter is a fast and efficient tool for making sharp, even grooves in potatoes and other root vegetables. Whether you're preparing classic Hasselback potatoes or experimenting with veggies like parsnips or tomatoes, you'll easily achieve quick and impressive results. The cutter consists of two parts: a frame with large handles and fixed stainless steel blade-lamellae, plus a lid that fits into the frame. Place the potato on a cutting board, position the cutter over it and press down. The blades slice deep grooves without cutting through.
