Scandinavian Delights Strawberry/Rhubarb

The Strawberries are selected late in the season when they have received the most sun, are not very big and have more flavor due to the slow ripening process. For ELKI'S Rhubarb, we only use the red part of the rhubarb to create the ultimate spread.
