I love these! I use them every Christmas and now I bought a set for my daughter!
I scoured the internet for sandbakkel tins, and these are the most sturdy and intricate I could find. I bought these with a pine cone tine and made the cookies with both. In retrospect, I should have ordered more than one of the sandbakkel tins because it took three times in the oven with 18 tins, so if you're wanting just these designs, I would by 3 packs or so. The cookies were easy to pop out by slightly squeezing the sides of the tins, and I also brushed the tins with butter before placing the dough inside, and there were no problems. Thanks for letting me continue a family tradition!
