Placing an Order
We offer 4 ways of purchasing:

Payment Options – Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and PayPal –
send us a note that you would like to pay via PayPal and we’ll send you an
invoice! For credit card payments your card will not be
charged until time of shipment (overseas customers paying the shipping deposit please note).
Shipping Information
All in stock items are shipped within 24 hours and often the same day! Some items may require additional processing time. If an item is out of
stock we will contact you and let you know the turn-around time to the best of
our knowledge.
Standard shipping is sent via USPS Priority Mail. Allow 2 –
3 business days for priority mail shipping and during the Christmas Holidays
that may be increased by 2 days depending on the destination. Upon request and
special circumstances we will ship via UPS or FedEx. If you need expedited shipping, additional
charges will apply. Give us call and we will do what we can to get your item to
you as soon as possible!
If there is a tracking number with your shipment it will
be e-mailed to you. Please note USPS shipments do not all have tracking
numbers. An e-mail will be sent as soon as your order ships.
Alaska, Hawaii & Canadian customers have an additional
$5 charge per order.
International Customers may ship the following ways - the first two methods keep it automated
- Pay the shipping deposit at checkout from our web store*
- Use a package forwarding service as shown at the bottom of this page
- Call or email your order and we will give you a shipping quote

* A $50 deposit will be charged at checkout on overseas orders. This is just a hold/approval on your card and is not actually charged. Upon shipping we will only charge you for your order plus actual shipping cost.
**Free shipping is to continental USA only. In special cases where weight/size is cost prohibitive, we will contact you to give you a shipping quote.
International customers, another option for shipping to places other than U.S. & Canada is to use package forwarding from OPAS!
